Brethren,

It was also a pleasure to have two visitors from overseas,  Bro Dennis Hammer, who was initiated passed and raised in Singapore and Bro Bjorn Arne Berne whose mother Lodge is in Norway. I know the brethren that had an opportunity to talk with them enjoyed the chance to find out more about the universality of Freemasonry.

We have a great night ahead of us when we visit Lodge Caledonia on June 7^th at the Queanbeyan Masonic Centre.

We also are rostered on at the Pearce Masonic Homes on Saturday May 26^th 8:30 am.

Hello Brethren,

Lodge Ethos will be paying our Fraternal Visit to Lodge Caledonia on June 7 to Raise Bro Daniel Jonas.

I have arranged with the WM of Lodge Caledonia for the Brethren of Lodge Ethos to conduct a rehearsal at the Queanbeyan Masonic Centre on Thursday 31 May 7pm. As there will be a number of officers taking up different positions for that evening, I hope you all can attend.

If you cannot make our fraternal to “Mother Cally”, I look forward to seeing you all at our June Regular Meeting when we will be passing Bro Ben Palmer.

Hello Brethren,

Lodge Caledonia has requested that we raise Brother Daniel Jonas at our Fraternal. Bro Jonas now lives out of town and will be back here during the time of our fraternal, as he is not a regular visitor to Canberra, the WM of Lodge Caledonia has made this request of us. I have accepted, but due to a couple of brethren being on holidays at this time, we will be short on two important charges, the Traditional History and Raising. If you are able to assist by doing one of these charges, please let me know as soon as possible. I have also included the work already allocated.

On another matter, the Candidate we had hoped to initiate in June will be on holidays at that time, so I have informed the Secretary that we will do a 2nd Degree in July and Mr Chris Ecconomos will be scheduled to be Initiated in August.

Our May work is as follows:

Lodge Gowrie: Wednesday 2May – 1° – Initiation of Mr Chris Sebo.
